    Meet our founder Dominick Spaulding is the founder and executive director of AthletiCare Inc., a nonprofit that helps youth grow through wellness, education, and leadership. With experience as a financial advisor, teacher, strength coach, and mentor, he teaches young people discipline and resilience for long-term success.

    About Our Founder

    Dominick Spaulding, founder of AthletiCare Inc., builds young people through education, mentorship, mental wellness, and athletic training. He has worked in both public and nonprofit sectors across Massachusetts and Connecticut as an educator, coach, mentor, and leader.

    A certified strength & conditioning and track coach, Dominick blends leadership and performance coaching to help youth gain confidence, character, and life skills beyond sports.

    Experience & Impact

    • 4+ years in public education, youth development, and mental wellness.

    • Reached thousands through schools, nonprofits, athletic programs, and community work.

    • 4+ years coaching professionally, including with the Massachusetts Pirates (2021 NAL champions) and the Hartford Shockers (ECBL).

    • Mentee of Brian McDonough, Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach for the New England Patriots.

    • Trained 100+ professional athletes across multiple sports.

    • Mentored and trained 50+ NCAA Division I student-athletes.
